I’ve always been largely active (mostly group classes and sports) but never really followed a program. I came to Red Belt with the goal to learn to lift weights in the gym properly and also to lose body fat. We definitely achieved that! The difference in the photos below is “only” 3kgs as we swapped fat for muscle. I’ve never felt more confident and toned in my life - and have still been able to eat what I enjoy.
