When we first started in 2020, we wanted to solve a few key problems for men trying to lose weight, build muscle and manage their stress and fatigue. Unfortunately, with so much conflicting information on the internet, it is hard for men to know where to start and what the right thing to do is.

This is why we set out to create the best online platform worldwide, to allow men to achieve spectacular, life-changing results.

The Founder

Leonard has spent 10+ years transforming bodies and lives around the world, and in January 2020, founded Red Belt Fitness to serve this purpose on a wider scale. After working with 1000’s of clients, he developed the Red Belt System as a way to systemise muscle building, increasing strength and dropping body fat for men. 

Cooper

The Tech Guy

Cooper works behind the scenes to allow the seamless interaction between the coaches and the clients. He also manages the sales and marketing and is responsible for software development, product development and general business administration.

Felix

Transformation Coach

Felix is a passionate personal trainer who specialises in Body Transformations. Felix is an experienced trainer at Red Belt and believes that everyone can reach their goals without sacrificing their social lives and restricting food.

Transformation Coach

Tyrone has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and specialises in helping men build muscle and strength. Tyrone comes from a MMA background, competitively fighting when he used to live in Brazil. 

About the Founder

Hi I’m Leo and I’m sick of men aimlessly trying to lose weight and gain muscle mass.

I’ve been a trainer for over 10 years now and have seen it time and time again where men sign up to the gym, only to cancel their membership a year later having only gone a handful of times.

A lot of men try and do it themselves but then get lost and frustrated when the results don’t come.

I confess, I’m a man who also had this mentality for many years.

But it’s a whole lot easier getting an accountant to sort out your taxes, plus they save you time and money.

Just like getting an accountant, a good quality trainer is here to save you energy, time, frustration and actually get you the results you are after.
