Your very own Red Belt Coach works with your every step of the way to ensure that you have no questions left unanswered and provides you with all the resources and information that you need to keep you on track.
It is this around the clock access to your own Coach that really sets Red Belt apart from other fitness apps and programs. The Red Belt In-App Coach Chat lets you message your coach anytime with any training and nutrition questions whilst the In-App Health Data allows your coach to track your training progress, nutrition, steps, sleep and stress and then provides feedback to keep you on track to your goals.
Your own Red Belt Coach creates a Personalised Training Program and Nutritional Plan designed based on your exercise history, current fitness levels, goals, and the equipment you have available to you. Regardless of your fitness goal or where you are in the world, your trainer will work with you to personalise a program that will give you the results you set out to achieve.

What Online Training DOESN’T involve:

Virtual Workout Classes have been proven to be ineffective and unnecessary. Instead, you will get everything you need to get the results you want through the above model. Your Training Program will outline exercises you need to do, our Fitness Library provides you with the Exercise Demonstrations to show you exactly how to perform the exercises and the Video Technique Breakdown will provide you the exact feedback you need to perfect your technique and make sure you perform the exercises correctly and safely from Day 1.
Tailored Workout Program
Dependent on your experience, access to gym equipment, current situation, and goals, your coach will create a Training Program and adapt it every 4 weeks to make sure you are progressing and staying on track to your goal.
Custom Meal Plan
We believe that creating a Meal Plan on Day 1 is essential to help you gain structure and get a quick start. In your Initial Goal Setting Session, your trainer will ask you what your current daily eating routine looks like and then work with you to make changes to best suit your lifestyle and goals.
Build Good Lifestyle Habit
In your Initial Goal Setting Session we will also work with you to develop a new daily routine that will help you find more energy and streamline your day so you can optimise sleep, training, nutrition and yet balance it with your own work and social time.
Goal Setting Targets
Your coach will create personalised weekly goals for you to hit each week so you know exactly where you need to be each week to hit your long term goal.
Coach Chat (Messenger)
The Coach Chat really sets Red Belt apart from other fitness apps and programs. The Coach chat allows you to ask your very own coach any question, anytime, anywhere.
Not sure how to factor in a big night out into your calorie count? Your Red Belt Coach will outline exactly what to do to get back on track.
Can’t hit your protein targets? Your Red Belt Coach will help you and can offer tips and tricks regardless of where you are in the world and the food available to you.
Not seeing any progress on your bench press? Your coach will breakdown exactly what you need to do to continue lifting personal bests.
Video Technique Breakdown
Technique is important to ensure that you get the most out of each exercise and preventing injuries. Video recordings of your technique are assessed and broken down by your coach to ensure that you have correct technique from day 1.
For example, if you are not sure how to squat, your coach will break down your technique frame by frame so you can get the right feedback and learn exactly how to perform the movement correctly and safely. Many clients prefer this in comparison to an in-person Personal Trainer as it can be hard to take in the feedback when they are mid-exercise, fatigued and in a loud, busy gym environment. Video breakdown allows you to take your time, watch yourself from another perspective and have the exact feedback for you to improve and perfect your technique.
Access to all the Red Belt App features
The Red Belt App has an extensive set of features that help you to track your training & nutrition. You can sync up your Apple Watch, Fitbit or Garvin Device to track your steps, sleep, and stress. Your trainer can then use this information to give you feedback to improve your daily habits that shape the choices you make to achieve your goals.
You get full access to our Fitness Library. 100+ Exercise Demonstrations performed and added voice-over by a Red Belt Trainer to make sure you know exactly how to perform the exercises we prescribe.
The 12 Week Challenge is a hands on approach that will give you all the support you need. Your coach will check in with you 3x per week to keep you accountable and monitor your progress to ensure that you are staying on track and hitting your weekly goals.
If you have any issues, difficulties, or changes to your schedule, your coach will work with you to find a solution to make sure that you are still able to stay on track and reach your goal. If you have any questions regarding your training, or nutrition or are unsure of how to do a certain exercise and want to improve your technique you can message your coach anytime via the coach chat.
To improve your technique, send your coach a video recording and your coach will break down exactly what you need to do to improve.
Yes, absolutely. If you have an internet connection, you can use our app to access your training program, message your coach and log your workouts and nutrition. In fact, we provide many remote working/travelling/ digit nomad clients with our services worldwide. As long as you have access to the internet, we can adjust your plan to the gym equipment you have available.
Yes, absolutely. We get you results no matter what your lifestyle. As long as you have access to internet connection, we can adjust your plan to the gym equipment you have available. In fact, this 12 Week Challenge allows many of our remote workers/ travellers to still get access to a personal trainer and get the results they want whilst they still get to live the lifestyle they choose.
Whenever you travel your coach will amend your plan to the equipment you have available regardless of whether it’s a commercial gym, hotel gym or a backyard. Regardless of your situation, your coach is here to make sure you stay on track to reach your long term goals.
In terms of holidays, you will have the option to pause your coaching whilst away in order to not lose weeks of your program. Alternatively, your coach can work with you to adapt your program to the circumstances of your travel plans.
Whilst the meal plan is optional for you to follow, lots of our clients get fantastic results without ever following a meal plan. We like starting off our clients with a meal plan as it gives you structure, provides an understanding of what is required to lose weight and ultimately teaches you how to take control of your health. Once we feel you are competent, we show you how to swap the correct foods in and out of the plan until you have a thorough understanding of nutrition and can do it all on your own.
No, we will work with you to design your program based on what you have available regardless of whether it’s a commercial gym, a hotel gym, or a backyard. We have achieved amazing results for our clients in our 12 Week Challenge regardless of the situation.
We have many travelling/ remote working clients who go through periods of not having access to a Gym or access to many different types of Hotel Gyms. During these times we customise and adapt their training programs to make sure that they stay on track to hit their goals.
As this is an online service we are not in a position to diagnose injuries. We advise that you get advice on any injuries from a professional before starting your training program. Medical advice is not a part of our service. Our training programs work towards building muscle and strength and dropping body fat but they are not intended as a replacement for personalised medical advice. However, if you work with your medical professional and they give you the green light to exercise, then we will work with you and your medical professional to personalise your training program accordingly.
If it’s an old injury, then feel free to tell your Coach what you can or cannot do, and they will do their best to work around the injury and avoid re-injury and causing any kind of pain during workouts. We do not advice that you should, under any circumstances, work through pain or push past limits. So always train mindfully, advise if you need any kind of plan adjustments.
This depends on your availability and how many times per week you are able and willing to go to the Gym. Between 3-5 Weight Sessions per week is enough to see great improvements in strength and muscle size.
After over 10 years of Personal Training, we have found video analysis to be a far better form of technique correction than on the Gym Floor as a 1-1 Personal Trainer. This allows you to fully take in the information and to see on video exactly where you need to improve to better your form.
